Galvanized Steel Wire Rope

6X37+FC Dia.4.0mm to 12mm Galvanized Steel Wire Rope , closed with 6 strands and 37 steel wires each strand , The tesiles strength is 1770N/mm2, the steel wire rope use for safty protecting faclities , Automobile , Building industry , Lifting systerm and so on.

Material Grade : Carbon steel 60# 62A 70# 72A

Construction : 7X37 ( 6X37+IWS)

1. 4Mm Galvanized Steel Wire Rope pretreatment: Clean and derust the original steel wire rope to remove dirt and oxides on the surface.
2. Pickling: Soak the cleaned steel wire rope in an acidic solution to remove oxides and other impurities on the surface.
3. Preheating: Preheat the steel wire rope after pickling to improve the adhesion of the galvanized layer.
4. Galvanizing: immerse the preheated steel wire rope in the molten zinc solution, so that the zinc in the zinc solution reacts with the surface of the steel wire rope to form a zinc layer.
5. Heat treatment: heat-treat the galvanized steel wire rope to improve the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of Galvanized Steel Wire Rope.
6. Cooling: Cool the steel wire rope after heat treatment to reach room temperature.
7. Inspection: Quality inspection of galvanized steel wire rope, including inspection of thickness, uniformity, adhesion, etc. of galvanized layer.
8. Packing: Pack qualified galvanized steel wire ropes for transportation and use.
