The Steel Wire Rope with 6 strands is commonly used, and each strand consists of 19, 37 and 61 steel wires. It is customary to use two numbers to indicate the model of steel wire rope, and add a "1" after it to indicate that there is a hemp core in the middle to increase its flexibility. Appearance quality: the appearance of the wire rope, whether galvanized or not, shall be smooth, free of cracks, even twisting, loose ends and other defects on the surface of the monofilament, such as pitting, corrosion, flattening, bumping, etc. For smooth steel wire rope, the surface shall be coated with oil in order to prevent corrosion and rust.

(1) Definition of stainless steel wire rope: the prepared steel wire is twisted into a single strand rope on the machine according to the regulations, and then 6 or 8 such strands are used, together with fiber cores, and the re synthesized rope is called wire rope.

(2) Type and use: There are many classification methods for steel wire ropes. Different countries have different classification methods. Common classification methods include steel wire rope structure, lay direction, surface, use, strength, etc. The diversity of varieties reflects the diversity of uses.

According to the twist direction, there are right twist (Z), left twist (S), interactive right twist (SZ), interactive left twist (ZS), identical right twist (ZZ), identical left twist (SS).

According to the surface, there are two types: smooth surface and galvanized.

Classification by strength: the wire rope is divided into several grades according to the nominal strength of the monofilament.

Pay attention to the following items when using pulley wire rope:

(1) When the wire rope passes through the pulley block, the pulley diameter shall be 1~1.25 times larger than the rope diameter;

(2) The steel wire rope shall be lubricated regularly to reduce wear and corrosion;

(3) When using steel wire rope, check and approve it in advance,
