Monofilament manufacturing and stranded wire manufacturing are two major categories in the steel strand manufacturing process, in addition to which there are three different steel wires that need to be classified, namely high carbon steel wire, Stainless Steel Wire or medium wire. For low-carbon steel wire rods, the different steel wire rods used are determined according to the different materials of the products. If galvanizing is required later, it should be electroplated or heat treated on the Stainless Steel Wire. Like the prestressed steel strand just mentioned, it generally needs to be reinforced after forming. Different steel strands have different performance characteristics, and the specific application is selected according to the needs.
